The glitches in the PC version include very inferior lighting with parts often missing. Several places are very laggy and have their FPS capped to 45 (which can go to 60 if you remove the music). PC version is just inferior bar the mods and improved anti-aliasing.
DMC3 standalone on PC runs like complete ass and involves alot of fixing if you want to run it properly. Only real reward is style switcher mod, which will probably be made compatible with the HD Collection release anyway. Mod the DMC3SE and emulate the 1 and 2 if you care enough for them.
